Our comprehensive 1-Day Business Analysis is a fast paced, structured, and interactive program to understand your business, identify weakness, assess the cost of any deficiencies, and then prescribe solutions. It is conducted by a talented and impartial Business Analyst who will provide an objective look at your company. You cannot possibly do this yourself.

Prior to the initial meeting, you will receive a detailed agenda, important forms, and a request for documents.  On the scheduled day, the analyst will conduct an opening interview, discuss your company goals, look at your organizational structure, administer a confidential employee questionnaire, evaluate bidding practices and marketing methodologies, analyze profit and cost controls, and conduct trend analysis and optimization.  Your involvement is not needed all day, only at predetermined times.

At our Findings Meeting, the Business Analyst will present organized information about your company so you can clearly see the company’s strengths and weaknesses.  The findings may be critical by nature, but intended to be the first step towards producing positive and lasting improvements. Our findings are presented in an interactive, oral report format for better understanding.

Based upon our findings, you will be offered a carefully prescribed plan to correct any deficiencies and put the company back on track towards greater sales, profitability, and ease of operation.
