Mr. Comparetta has over 30 years experience in construction, civil engineering, real estate development, and business analysis. During his long career he has managed the construction of hundreds of civil, industrial, commercial, and residential projects including bridges, highways, factories, distribution centers, office complexes, and luxury residences.

He has also conducted hundreds of construction defect inspections, testified as an expert witness, and provided alternative dispute resolution on commercial and residential projects.

In the last 15 years he has developed a successful consulting business providing a menu of services for construction related companies in areas of business analyses, organizational structuring, financial planning, business development, and marketing strategies.
