What is a 1-Day Business Analysis?

• Our comprehensive 1-Day Business Analysis is a fast paced, structured, and interactive program to understand your business, identify weakness, and prescribe solutions. It is an impartial, fresh look at your company and the first step towards producing positive and permanent improvements.

How can an analyst know so much about my business in such a short time?

• Our analysts are seasoned professionals who can quickly identify a company’s strengths and weaknesses in all areas of management, operations, accounting, sales and marketing, and then present findings in a clear and organized fashion. We do it everyday.

Is the analyst just going to tell me what I already know?

• The analyst will address problems that you are already aware of but in a way that will reveal the cause, the cost, and the solution. We will also inform you of positive things that you may not be doing but should be doing.

Why can’t I just make the needed improvements myself?

• In most cases, if you could make these improvements, you would have already done so. It has been proven to be more cost effective to hire talented management professionals than try to be a self-fixer in your spare time with limited tools.

• We are very confident that all of our work will be cost effective, positive, and have lasting value provided the owner and key employees make good use of whatever systems, reports, budgets, forms and procedures, manuals, and marketing materials are provided. We cannot however offer a guaranty or warranty because we have no control over the utilization after we leave.
